3. Custom Work
Custom projects require agreement on scope, price, and delivery
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins
Revisions are limited based on the service selected
4. Exclusive Rights
Exclusive rights are only available through custom production
Once granted, the track will not be resold or reused
5. Payments
All payments are final unless otherwise agreed

6. Intellectual Property
CPH Audio retains producer credit unless otherwise agreed
Clients receive rights based on their license or agreement
